The AMMEGA Speak-Up Policy is applicable to any concerns related to potential criminal activities, unethical conduct, or other misconduct, violations of laws or any AMMEGA policies. We strongly encourage all individuals associated with AMMEGA, including employees, candidates, and all groups of our stakeholders, to promptly report any instances that involve behaviours conflicting with AMMEGA values, our Code of Conduct or that seem unethical or illegal.
The AMMEGA Speak-Up platform provides a safe and confidential avenue for raising concerns, including the option to report anonymously. We assure individuals that there is no retaliation for speaking up. The purpose of the Speak-Up Policy is to notify of allegations of crimes or suspected misconduct and enabling us to take appropriate and necessary actions to address the reported situation.
